Braddock District is one of the nine “magisterial districts” within Fairfax County, and all members of the Braddock District Democratic Committee are members of the Fairfax County Democratic Committee (FCDC).  The Braddock District Democratic Committee helps to register voters, informs voters about Democratic candidates, and works to get out the vote. The party committees provide volunteers and infrastructure to support campaigns within the district. Virginia has elections every year, so there’s always work to be done.

We need YOU! We need you to greet primary voters and ensure that they have a smooth and pleasant experience. We are looking for volunteers to meet and greet Democratic voters at both the Burke Centre Library and the Government Center for June 7 to June 14.

All Braddock Dem and friends are invited to gather for coffee and friendly discussions at our weekly coffee group. The group meets Wednesday at 10:30 am.

Next week, Wednesday, June 11, 10:30, we will meet at Foundation Coffee Roasters in Fairfax, which is around the BACK of the Fair City Mall: 9650 Main St. #46, Fairfax 22031.

We staff a tent at both the Burke Farmers Market (Saturday AM) and the Wakefield Farmers Market (Wednesday PM). This is an opportunity to chat with the community about issues, and Democratic candidates. The markets open up April 19 (Burke) and May 7 (Wakefield).  Sign up will open in late March.
